Sitefinders redeveloped two warehouse style buildings into office spaces in an established commercial area at the west end of Calgary’s flourishing Beltline district.

Built in 1978, The Albern Coin building was originally a bank. Sitefinders secured the property, completed a joint venture agreement, and finalized the re-leasing of the building.

This land and building was purchased by Sitefinders and then developed into a liquor store.

In 1998 Sitefinders purchased a commercial lot in Applewood. Sitefinders finalized the development permit, leased the project, procured Mac’s as the anchor tenant, and worked with other tenants
