After working on the purchase for over 3 years, Sitefinders bought two lots in the heart of the downtown area on Main street. We secured a development permit for a Mac’s store and syndicated the development to four shareholders. Beaumont, just south of Edmonton, has very strict development guidelines which we were able to meet. The Mac’s store reflects this in their exterior design, and by having an open second story area for a coffee shop.
