This land was home to the Burger Baron in Olds, Alberta. Sitefinders bought the land, secured all permits, arranged construction, and brought in a tenant, who eventually took the whole site. The project was syndicated and shares were sold to a number of shareholders, some of whom had invested RRSPs into the project.
