Sitefinders procured a prime piece of real estate (west of the new Superstore). We had the land rezoned by the City of Regina and were in the process of securing tenants when we were presented with an offer to purchase. Three-quarters of the land have been sold to Teachers Credit Union. Sitefinders has developed a carwash on the remaining section of the land. Development was completed September 2006.
Sitefinders found an ideal piece of land for development, strategically located between CanadianTire and Wal-Mart on Highway #39. Sitefinders optioned the land, and procured Tim Hortons as the corner tenant.
This highly visible location hosts Tim Hortons, Taco Time and a strip mall containing Sleep Country Canada and Wine Kitz.
The Centre is situated on 93,000 sq.ft. of land, with visibility from the Trans-Canada Highway, and access from Prince Of Wales Drive, in close proximity to Walmart, The Real Canadian Superstore, and Canadian Tire. It was sold in 2016.
