The owner of Ginger Beef, in Downtown Calgary’s Esso Plaza requested assistance from Sitefinders in finding another location in the city. Sitefinders helped in locating a space in Sierra Square, just west of the Westhills power centre.

Sitefinders assisted in the rezoning of a parcel of land in the City of Calgary from residential to commercial allowing for the redevelopment of the site to accommodate a play school.

Sitefinders was hired to find a location for a medical clinic in the northwest quadrant of Calgary. We found a piece of land, brokered the sale, hired the hired the necessary experts to do traffic studies and site renderings for the rezoning and had the land successfully rezoned with the City of Calgary.
Sitefinders procured a prime piece of real estate, developed a high-quality car wash with 8 bays, a dog wash and found a tenant to lease the attached retail bay.
On behalf of the developer, Sitefinders secured an independent gas bar and convenience store operator for Somerset Cove.
Sitefinders redeveloped two warehouse style buildings into office spaces in an established commercial area at the west end of Calgary’s flourishing Beltline district.
This large lot of land contained a single family dwelling before Sitefinders arranged the purchase for a church that had been meeting in the nearby community centre. Sitefinders hired the necessary experts to do site plans and traffic studies. We went to the City of Calgary and secured a development permit to allow a change of use to “A Place Of Worship,” and we acquired the permits necessary for development.
A new development was being planned, incorporating the “Rockies” design theme. Our tenant, Movie Gallery, expressed interest in establishing a location in Canmore. Sitefinders approached the developer of the new shopping area and secured a lease for Movie Gallery. The lease commenced in December 2004.
Sitefinders secured an agreement with Parkland Industries from Red Deer who operate the FasGas Brand to assist them with locational services, including site finding and development of their Short Stop C Store Brand. We have assisted them in High River, Calgary and Vegreville. In Cardston, Sitefinders developed the first Short Stop to be leased back to the new Parkland Industries Income Trust.
